He/Him/His
Maybe you’re doing what’s “right”—trying to show up in relationships and work hard—but something still feels disconnected or unfulfilled. Beneath the surface, there may be loneliness, anxiety, or grief. Maybe you’re questioning who you are, why you feel unseen, or why old patterns keep repeating. Therapy can feel daunting—but you don’t have to face it alone.
Therapy is a powerful place to slow down and get curious: about early experiences, emotional defenses, identity stories, and repeating patterns. Many of my clients—often men, queer folk, and couples—come wanting to feel more emotionally alive, grounded in their identity and relationships, and in control of their choices. Couples often seek to understand each other more deeply, reduce conflict, and repair after distance or hurt.
I work from a depth-oriented, integrative lens—drawing on psychodynamic therapy, attachment theory, CBT, and EMDR when helpful. My style is compassionate, collaborative, and emotionally attuned—with a touch of irreverence. I work to create space to honor your full self: your emotions, culture, sexuality, gender, and complexity.
Originally from the Southwest, I spent a decade in New York in design and branding before earning my MSW from Columbia University. As a queer, gay man and former creative, I’m passionate about supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals, creatives, and couples navigating identity, intimacy, and self-trust.
I’m working toward licensure under the supervision of Jenny Walters, LMFT, and Sarah Callender, LCSW. If you’d like to explore whether we’re a good fit, I offer a free phone consultation—I’d be glad to connect!
